1. Bespoke Co-ordination Services

When you've spent months or years planning your wedding day, you will have no doubt spent a lot of time and effort finalising each meticulous detail. So come your big day, do you really want to be worrying about all the little jobs that will make your day so special? We can look after as much or as little as you require on the day of your wedding.

Sample jobs and errand running that you might need on the day:

 

• Collecting bridal bouquets and delivering button holes
• Moving flowers between venues
• Decorating your tables, place names, table plan
• Setting out wedding favours
• Lighting candles / replacing candles
• Marquee / Venue decorating
• Placement of hire items
• Collection of cake / button holes
• Collecting wedding gifts
• Collecting and delivering overnight bags
• General supervision and supplier liaison ensuring everything runs smoothly

Cost: £25 per hour

2. Table Co-ordination Service

Our table co-ordination service ensures your reception tables are dressed to perfection and leaves nothing to chance.

• Pre-wedding meeting to include mock up of table design and
  hand over of all items
• Placement of table names, place cards, menus, table centres, favours, cameras and all other table decorations...
• Erect table plan and any photo boards/wishing well etc.
• Place any gifts for parents/wedding party, guest book
• Ensure tables and cake table are situated and decorated as required
• Ensure everything arranged by the couple arrives, e.g. cake, musicians, entertainers and positioned as required

Costs:
Up to 50 Guests       £100
51- 80 Guests          £125
81 -110 Guests:       £150
111 - 140 Guests:    £175

3. Full Wedding Planning Package

Our full wedding planning package is perfect for the busy bride. We can assist with every aspect of planning your special day from start to honeymoon…

• Developing wedding theme & style
• Assistance with booking ceremony and reception venues
• Assistance with booking florist, photographer, transport, etc.
• Accompanying bridal couple to appointments (if required)
• Assistance with choosing your wedding stationery & table decorations
• Assistance with table plan & wedding etiquette
• Advice with taking care of overseas guests
• All pre-event meetings and table design mock-ups
• Full on the day set up & co-ordination of both ceremony & reception venue
• Wedding Fairy on-the-day ‘Table Co-ordination’ service.
